Guangzhou Magnetic Nanocrystal Co., Ltd (MAC) was established in 1994 and is located in Guangzhou China. With a staff of more than 150,MAC specializes in producing excellent mechanical stress magnetic stability nanocrystalline cores .As one of the leading producers of nanocrystalline soft magnetic cores in China, MAC is producing nancrystalline cores used in voltage independent RCCBs, switched mode power supplies, current transformers, IGBT inverter electric weld machine and common mode chokes etc.

MAC has advanced production equipment, including the amorphous ribbon production(Rapid solidification of molten metal at cooling rate of about a million degrees per second),heat treatment、tape-wound and surface treatment .We are producing about 1.5million pcs cores monthly now, which is only half of our production capability. For the first time in China, MAC developed type A cores used in pulsating DC fault current voltage independent RCCBs, and until present we are the sole company in China that can supply type A cores for RCCBs. For cores used in current transformers and common mode chokes,we can also supply high quality cores with the same standard of VAC. We are selling cores to almost all important companies in China(About 80% of the market) and some leading companies in the world producing voltage independent RCCBs ,common mode chokes and current transformers, our customers include ABB,GE,SIEMENS,ZURC ,HAGER,CHINT, JOVEAR & ROGY, SASSIN, Havell's India, INDOASIAN.

MAC adopts a strict QC system of controlling the production quality. After heat treatment, the nanocrystalline cores are surface coated with epoxy resin to guarantee the excellent mechanical stress magnetic stability, aged at 120℃ for 3h to eliminate the irreversible loss for magnetic properties. And MAC has been awarded the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system certificate of URS in Oct,2019.
